Ter versterking van ons team zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven en ervaren Key Accountmanager Benelux. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verder uitbouwen, beheren en ondersteunen van ons distributienetwerk binnen de Benelux en aangrenzende markten.
Deze functie is bij uitstek geschikt voor een commerciële professional met affiniteit voor de branche, of voor iemand die een gerichte carrièreswitch wil maken vanuit een relevante achtergrond in professionele verlichting, AV of entertainmenttechnologie.
Kerntaken en verantwoordelijkheden:
• Opbouwen, onderhouden en versterken van langdurige relaties met (internationale) distributeurs.
• Ondersteunen van distributeurs bij belangrijke klantbezoeken ter bevordering van sales en merkpositionering.
• Verzorgen van producttrainingen en het bieden van technisch advies.
• Vertegenwoordigen van Elation Professional op internationale vakbeurzen en branche-evenementen.
• Intensieve samenwerking met marketing- en productontwikkelingsteams om marktstrategieën af te stemmen.
• Signaleren en rapporteren van marktontwikkelingen, kansen en feedback richting het management.
• Werken vanuit het hoofdkantoor in Kerkrade wanneer je niet binnen de Benelux reist.

• Aantoonbare B2B-saleservaring binnen de professionele verlichtings-, AV- of entertainmenttechnologiebranche.
• Sterk technisch inzicht en affiniteit met innovatieve technologie.
• Bereidheid en flexibiliteit om regelmatig internationaal te reizen.
• Uitstekende communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden met een klantgerichte instelling.
• Vloeiende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; aanvullende talen zijn een pré.

About the Role
Elation is expanding its global brand presence and is seeking a Brand Manager for the EMEA & UK region.
In this role, you will help strengthen Elation’s visibility and relationships with lighting designers, rental companies, integrators, and key industry partners across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the United Kingdom. Working closely with our global brand and marketing teams, you will play an active role in how Elation products are represented in the field, support major product launches, capture regional content, and build long-term relationships within the design community.
This position mirrors our US Brand Manager role and is a key element of Elation’s unified global brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Designer & Industry Engagement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lighting designers, programmers, operators, production companies, and creative teams across EMEA & the UK
• Support and host designer demos, open houses, preview events, and studio visits
• Represent the Elation brand at major industry events, theatres, festivals, and touring rehearsals
Brand & Content Development
• Capture regional stories, case studies, project photos, and designer interviews for global marketing use
• Provide regular updates to the global marketing team on notable projects, references, and opportunities
• Ensure all EMEA & UK brand communication aligns with Elation’s global voice and messaging
Product Launch Support
• Drive awareness and engagement for new products within the Paragon, Rebel, KL, and Proteus product families
• Coordinate regional demo activities together with the sales team and local partners
• Gather structured product feedback from designers and rental houses to support ongoing product development
Market Presence & Awareness
• Identify influential designers, studios, venues, events, and production houses where Elation can strengthen its presence across EMEA & the UK
• Proactively introduce key Elation product lines within the regional specification community
• Support distributor and dealer activities with brand-level resources when required
Sales Collaboration
• Work closely with EMEA sales leadership to support strategic opportunities and long-term relationships
• Help increase pull-through by improving early-stage awareness and designer engagement
Maintain strong alignment with the US Brand Manager to ensure a consistent global approach
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications & Experience
• Strong understanding of professional entertainment lighting, design workflows, and production environments
• Established relationships within the EMEA and/or UK designer or rental community are a strong advantage
• Experience in brand management, designer relations, product specialist roles, or marketing within entertainment technology
• Confident communicator, comfortable leading demos and representing the brand in professional settings
• Ability to work independently, manage a flexible schedule, and balance multiple priorities

The QC Application Specialist takes care of:
• Coordination, testing and assurance of application-oriented test and calibration activities on professional lighting products
• Supervising calibration, modification on professional lighting products
• Development of test routines
• Setting up and implementing in-house training programs for QC-employees and QC-technicians
• Technical coordination and ‘connector’ of the QC department with other departments, including sales, R&D, etc.

As an electronics design engineer you will be responsible for the electronic schematic design, firmware development, integration and on-the-floor testing of your new modules into the existing line of products (ONYX platform, branded as Obsidian Control Systems). You will work together with PCB designers, mechanical designers and software development in Europe and China to help improve and extend the platform that light designers use for programming and running light shows. All hardware makes use of protocols like USB, I2C, Ethernet, HDMI, DisplayPort etc. but may be expanded to future upcoming protocols. You are also familiar with UL, CE and EMC and you are able to troubleshoot and revise designs if necessary to achieve certification.
Within the context of the showbiz, you get the chance to work with sophisticated technological resources and design new innovative products or prototypes as member of an agile team. We’re looking for motivated team players that are creative and have a good knowledge of existing technology but can also work independently.
Your profile:
- You have at least a bachelor’s degree in electronics and firmware development and you have at least 3 years of experience

- You have a good knowledge of USB and Ethernet protocols
- You have good knowledge of RISC and ARM processors

As a Quality Assurance Assistant (QA Assistant) for electronic devices, your specific tasks and responsibilities include ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards:
- • Inspection and Testing: Conduct quality checks and inspections on electronic devices to ensure they meet specified standards and specifications, including both visual inspections and functional tests.
- • Fault Analysis and Correction: Identify defects or deficiencies in products, analyze causes, and assist in the development and implementation of corrective actions. Collaborate with engineers and technicians to resolve technical issues.
